Ingredients
spinach
12   ounce
mushrooms
16   ounce
heavy cream
1/4   cup
garam masala
1   tablespoon
turmeric
1/2   teaspoon
cumin seeds
1   tablespoon
red chili powder
1/2   teaspoon
jeera/ cumin powder
1/2   teaspoon
salt
1/2   tablespoon
oil
1   tablespoon
coriander powder
1   tablespoon
ginger garlic paste
1   tablespoon
large chopped tomato

Instructions

1. Dice the mushrooms and finely chop the spinach.

2. Heat oil and add cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a couple of minutes.

3. Add in the dry masala powders.

4. Add the tomato and mushrooms.

5. Add salt and cook till the mushrooms are done.

6. Add in the spinach and cream.

7. Stir and cook till most of the water evaporates.
