Ingredients
spinach
1 1/4   cup
yogurt
1   cup
cumin seeds
3/4   teaspoon
peppercorns
1/2   teaspoon
black salt
1/4   teaspoon
cooking oil
1 1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Take spinach in a plate and chop 40 percent of it very finely as shown in the picture.

2. Heat a pan on medium to high flame. Dry roast cumin seeds and peppercorns until slightly black in color. Grind both of them in a mortar with the help of a pestle.

3. In the same pan heat oil on low to medium flame and put the remaining spinach and let it fry for just 2 minutes.

4. Beat yogurt in a bowl. Add chopped spinach, fried spinach, grounded spices and black salt to yogurt. Palak raita is ready to serve.
