Spicy squid /calamari with delicious Indian spices.

Ingredients
squid or calamari.
1   pound
red chilli powder
1   tablespoon
coriander or dhania powder
1   pinch
black pepper powder
1   smidgen
salt to taste
 
cooking oil
1   tablespoon
vinegar ( preferably coconut)
3   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Clean and cut Squid into small pieces

2. Add the spices( chilli, pepper and coriander) and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Then in a pan add oil and let it heat. Then add the squid and fry till all the juice evaporates.( appropriately 8 minutes)
