My favorite prawns recipe. Simple and easy. It combines fresh prawns and Indian spices to create a delicious dish.

Ingredients
prawns
1 pound
red chilli powder( kashmiri preferred)
2 tablespoon
coriander powder or dhania
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper powder
1 pinch
cooking oil
3 tablespoon
coconut vinegar
3 teaspoon
turmeric
1/2 teaspoon
salt to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the spices, salt to taste and add the vinegar
2. Generously apply over the prawns and keep aside for 5-10 minutes
3. Add oil to the pan and heat. slowly add the prawns and gently saute them till they cook. Flip over to ensure cooked, this should take 5 minutes.
