Ingredients
bundles of tambdi baji or red bhaji

green chillies

onions

coconut grated

Instructions

1. Remove the leaves from the main stock. You can add the tender portions of the the stock as well. Make sure you have washed the vegetables well. Then cut all the vegetables finely.

2. In a thick bottom pan, add a teaspoon of oil and then onion and saute them till translucent. Then the vegetables, , chilles. coconut and a cup of water. Cook on slow fire for 5-10 mins. Serve with rice or bread.
