Tea stall style chai

The best tea or chai in India is served in road side tea stalls in my opinion. Here is my attempt to replicate this refreshing drink!

Ingredients
water
1.5   cup
ginger
1   ounce
condensed milk
5   tablespoon
tea powder
2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. In a pan take water and tea powder and bring it to a boil. To this add freshly crushed ginger. Crush the ginger in a mortar and pestle. Bring this to a boil as well.

2. To this add the condensed milk. Bring this entire mixture to a boil. Strain the tea and enjoy hot.
