This a refreshing drink from Thailand to beat the heat during the hot summer months.

Ingredients
boiling water
1.5   cup
instant coffee or thai coffee
4   teaspoon
sweetened condensed milk
5   tablespoon
sugar
5   teaspoon
evaporated milk
4   tablespoon
salt
1   pinch
Instructions

1. Add coffee to boiling water. Add condensed milk to this.

2. Also add in a pinch of salt and the sugar. You can adjust the sweetness per your taste. However, usually this coffee is very sweet.

3. Mix everything well. Fill a serving glass with ice up to the brim.

4. Now pour the coffee over the ice. Top off with evaporated milk. Enjoy!
