Tomato chutney cooked in bengali style which is eaten as a side. This dish is made with tomatoes and dry mango for a tangy taste.

Ingredients
cooking oil
1 tablespoon
tomato (medium size)
4
raisins
20 grams
aam sapta (dried mango pulp)
50 grams
salt
2 teaspoon
suaf (mauri)
1/2 teaspoon
mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
sugar
50 grams
Instructions
1. Cut tomato and aam sapta in small pieces. Wash the resins and keep it in a separate bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Add Mustard seed and Soaf(mauri) and fry for 2 minutes
4. Add the cut tomatoes and aam sapta. Fry the mix for 5 minute
5. Add salt, sugar and raisins
6. Cook for 2 minutes with little water. Add salt and sugar to taste
