This dish is eaten during days od fast. It is made with potatoes and seasoned with peanut powder, green chilli paste, coconut, jeera and ghee

Ingredients
medium potatoes
4  
peanut powder
3   tablespoon
green chili paste
1   teaspoon
salt
1   teaspoon
sugar
1/2   tablespoon
cumin seeds or jeera
1   teaspoon
ghee or clarified butter
2   tablespoon
shredded coconut
1   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Boil potatoes in a container for 20-25 minutes and then cut into small pieces. Add Chili paste , salt ,sugar and peanut powder

2. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in frying pan. Add cumin seeds and once seeds start spluttering add above mixture and shallow fry potato pieces.

3. Serve it with garnishing of shredded coconut.
