Easy recipe for a tasty and filling evening snack.
1. Peel the skin and mash it. Add salt, turmeric power, coriander powder and chilli powder to it.
2. Make round balls of mashed potatoes.
3. Take a bowl of water, dip the bread in to it and take it out immediately before the bread is too wet.
4. Place the aloo balls in the center of the wet bread and make it in a ball shape.
5. Deep fry it in oil once it is golden brown. Take out and serve it with ketchup.
