Butter Chicken (Skinny)

This is a skinny version of butter chicken. All the taste but less calories.

Ingredients
butter
1   tablespoon
chicken boneless( cut in cubes)
1   pound
ginger garlic paste
1   tablespoon
low fat yogurt
3   tablespoon
kasturi methi or fenugreek leaves
1   teaspoon
turmeric
1   pinch
red chilli powder
1   pinch
small onion
1  
tomato
1  
green chilli
1  
cream( to garnish)
2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. In a blender add the onion tomato and green chilli and blend into a uniform paste.

2. Add garlic ginger paste to the chicken and then in a pot add the butter and fry the chicken till whitish.

3. The add the onion - tomato paste, curd, chilli powder and Kasturi methi and bring to boil.

4. Then add the Cream and stir in. Serve with hot roti
