Putting a Goan twist on the famous Kheema Pao, Cafreal Kheema Pao is one of my own creations. It will not disappoint you!
1. Prepare Cafreal Masala using the recipe link here. http://bongong.com/recipe/cafreal-masala In a pan heat oil and add diced potatoes. Fry them till they are golden brown. Remove them and keep them aside.
2. In the same pan, add the minced mutton and cafreal masala. Mix well and cook till the mutton is done.
3. Once the meat is cooked, add the fried potatoes. Mix well and bring to a boil. Enjoy with bread!
