A popular dish in goan household made either with beef or mutton mince meat.
1. Chop the onion, tomato and potato and set aside all the spices needed.
2. In a pot, add a teaspoon of oil and let it heat. Add the finely chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent. Add cloves and tomato and saute for 2-5 minutes till it turns orange. Add the chilli powder, pepper, dhania, turmeric and garam masala and saute for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the mince meat to the pot. Add a cup of water and potatoes and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat. Add the green peas and salt to taste and cover lid let it cook till all water evaporates, for around 20 minutes ( mutton take more time so around 30 minutes)on low heat steering occasionally.
