Oysters fry is a rare delicacy served hot with a slice of lemon with rice and Goan fish curry or as a snack with beer
1. Mix 5 table spoons of semolina/ rava, 1 teaspoon each of turmeric powder and chili powder, 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
2. Dip the oysters in the mixture till evenly coated.
3. Heat oil in a non stick pan on medium heat. When oil is hot place the oysters on the pan. Fry on both sides for approx. 3 minutes each till golden brown.
4. Garnish with lime and serve hot to enjoy the melt in the mouth goodness!
