A tangy chutney to eat with dosa. This chutney combines Indian spices , tangy tomatoes and peanuts.
1. Chop raw tomatoes finely.
2. Heat cooking oil in fry pan, add cumin seeds, Chopped green chili, Garlic, Asafoetida and Turmeric powder. Stir and add chopped raw tomatoes. Stir for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Now take off heat, cool and add to a blender, grind mixture coarsely in a blender/ food processor. (Should not form a puree). Add chopped Coriander leaves, salt, jaggery and peanut powder to it and blend again to form a puree.
