Sweet and Chewy fresh coconut meat cooked in cardamom flavored jaggery
1. Heat ghee in a pan and add coconut and fry for 2 minutes to toast the coconut.This gives a nice crunch to the coconut.
2. Add the grated jaggery and add about 2 tablespoons of water and cardamom powder and keep stirring on a medium flame until the jaggery mixture comes to a single sticky mass. Note: Do not add too much water or your jaggery might get burnt or might get too sticky when trying to dry out the water.
3. While it is still warm, use your palm and shape like golf balls from the mixture and serve.
