A simple coconut and sugar sweet preparation which is a treat for special occasion and festivals.

Ingredients
finely grated coconut
2   cup
sugar
1 1/2   cup
cardamom powder
1   pinch
Instructions

1. Grease a plate for pouring the coconut mixture and keep aside. Heat remaining ghee in a pan and roast the coconut until lightly browned.

2. Take the sugar and cardamom powder in a pan,add water and let boil until it reaches a 3 thread consistency(take a drop of syrup into some water in a bowl and when taken between thumb and index finger and fingers are separated it should form 3 threads

3. Add the warm coconut in the syrup and cook until a single lump forms

4. Spread on the greased plate and let it cool.Cut into squares and serve
