Kokum curry is a popular digestive served after a meal.
1. Soak the Kokum skin in hot water for 5 minutes or add the kokum syrup to water.
2. Cut chilli in 3-4 pieces. Crush garlic, sichuan pepper and chillies with a pestle. (Do not crush the pepper too much). Add all these ingredients, salt sugar and coriander leaves to the kokum water.
3. Keep it for 15-20 minutes till the color is red. It is then ready to serve.
