A simple easy mushroom recipe. It good for a quick dinner or a snack.
1. Cut all the vegetables vertically or lengthwise.
2. In a skillet add the butter or oil, then add the garlic and saute till light brown.
3. Then add the mushrooms and saute till mushrooms appear brownish.
4. Then add the onion ,green peppers, fresh ground pepper, salt and chilli flakes. Saute till onions and pepper are cooked. Add a dash of oil if needed.
