Paneer dish with rich spices and flavour
1. Cut one onion, one tomato and green pepper into square pieces as shown. Cut the panner into squares
2. In a pan, roast chillies corainder and cumin seeds lightly for a minute. Then use a blender and grinder, them with peppercorns into a fine paste
3. Add oil to a kadai, saute onions till transcluent. Add cinnamon stick,and garlic-ginger paste( alternately you can you use ginger julienne) and cook for a minute. Add the square cut vegetables and the ground masala and mix well.
4. Add the paneer and a cup of water and bring to boil.Serve with hot roti or naan.(Note: if you want extra spicy add 1-2 green chillies,also adding kasturi methi to the dish add unique flavor)
