Bottle Gourd is one of the healthiest vegetables. This recipe uses the bottle gourd peels to make a delicious chutney
1. Set aside the ingredients and Peel the skin of bottle gourd and wash it.
2. Heat kadhai/ fry pan on gas and cooking oil in it. Put asafetida, crushed garlic, chopped green chili, turmeric powder and cumin seeds. Put bottle gourd peel in it.
3. Put salt, sugar, chopped coriander, sesame seeds and stir it for 2 minutes. Ready to serve
