Scrambled Shrimp and Egg seasoned in a traditional chinese style.
1. Chop up scallion, hot chilli pepper, and shrimp
2. Add egg, hot chilli pepper, chicken powder, and salt. Beat the mixture using an egg beater or a fork.
3. Heat up the oil in pan. Add scallion and saute for 1 minute
4. Add the beaten egg mixture and scramble till fully cooked approximately 5-10 minutes
