Traditional Chinese eggs seasonal with soy, rice wine and rice vinegar
1. Heat up the pan with 2 table spoon of oil. Crack one egg and let it cook
2. Turn the egg over after about 30 seconds. Repeat for the other 3 eggs.
3. Put all the eggs in pan. Mix all the seasoning( soy, rice vinegar, rice wine, sugar and water) and pour into the pan. Let it cook for 2-5 minutes till the flavor is infused in the eggs.
