Chilli Gobi ( steamed)

This is one of my own creation a healthy version of chilli gobi where instead of deep frying the gobi you steam and pan fry it.

Ingredients
medium sized cauliflower ( cut into small pieces)

green pepper or capsicum
1
spring onions or scallions
5
small onion
1
green chilies
3
vinegar
1/4 cup
soy sauce
5 tablespoon
red chili paste
5 tablespoon
salt to taste
oil
1 tablespoon
black pepper powder
1 pinch
ginger pieces
1
water
1 cup
Instructions
1. In a pot, add three cups of water and use a steamer and add the cauliflower. Let the cauliflower steam till it is soft and tender
2. In a skillet, add the oil and let it heat. Add the onion and saute till translucent. Then add the scallions and ginger and saute followed by the capsicum.
3. Add the cauliflower and the sauces( red chilli sauce,green chillies soak in vinegar and soy) , pepper, salt and half a cup of water.
