Ingredients
large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and diced

medium jalapeno pepper, stemmed, de-seeded and minced

diced red bell pepper
2/3   cup
diced onion

chopped fresh cilantro
2   tablespoon
fresh lime juice

olive oil
1   tablespoon
ground cumin or jeera
1/2   teaspoon
salt
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Chop and dice all the ingredients in tiny squares.

2. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl and enjoy with your favorite chips.
