Guacamole Salad

On my trip to Mexico, my guide prepared delicious guacamole for me and told me the Guacamole we ate in the US was guacamole salad. So here is my guacamole salad recipe with an Indian twist.

Ingredients
avocado( ripe)

small onion ( finely chopped)
1  
tomato (finely chopped)
1  
coriander leaves
10  
lemon
1  
green chilies (chopped)
2  
salt to taste
 
pepper
1   pinch
Instructions

1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and scoop the avocado with a spoon.

2. In a bowl, use a flat spoon and crush the avocado till it forms a paste.

3. Add the onion, tomatoes, green chillies( can be substituted with jalapenos), lemon juice , salt and pepper and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with fresh tortilla chips
