Guacamole is a mexican dip made with avocado. It is really easy to make and it healthy as well as delicious!

Ingredients
ripe avocado

jalapeno

cloves of garlic

tomato deseeded and chopped

Instructions

1. I made this recipe in a mortar and pastel like it is traditionally made. But if you don't have one just chop and mix all the ingredients together. Crush the garlic, chilies and pepper into a fine paste. Add in the onion and crush again roughly. If you are not a big fan of onion like me you can completely omit it, or soak in in warm water for a few minutes to take away to pungent smell and then add it.

2. Now add in the avocado and lime juice. Mash the avacado. You can keep it chunky or make it a fine paste, it is totally up to your taste. Add in the tomatoes and salt.

3. Also add in the cilantro. Give it a good stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
