Bengali spicy crispy coriander fritters prefect tea time snack.
1. Clean and cut the coriander leaves
2. Soak the masoor dal in water for an hour. Then make a paste of the dal.
3. Chop the green chili. Mix the coriander, green chili, salt and masoor dal paste.
4. Heat oil in pan for 4-5 minutes. Form small balls of the mix (pakora shape) and add them to the pan four at a time. Fry till it turns brown (around 4-5 minutes) and flip them over once in a while.
