Grated cauliflower, peas with exotic spice blend, served with chapati(indian flat bread).

Ingredients
medium size cauliflower
1  
peas
1/2   cup
red chili powder
1/4   teaspoon
turmeric powder
1/2   teaspoon
cumin seeds
1/2   teaspoon
cooking oil
5   teaspoon
garam masala(optional)
1/2   teaspoon
salt to taste
 
Instructions

1. Grate cauliflower and squeeze out excess water. Put grated cauliflower in any container. Rinse the peas.

2. Heat oil in a pan from medium to high flame. Once oil is heated , turn the flame to medium and roast cumin seeds. Put peas in pan and fry them for about 2 minutes.

3. Then put grated cauliflower over peas. Mix it well and fry it for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Now put red chili powder and roast it well. Then add the turmeric powder and garam masala, mix well.

4. Cook it for approximately 2 minutes on medium flame. Grated Gobi Matar is ready to serve.
