Mulyache suken

A variation of the popular sungatche suken for vegetarians. Another easy to prep and cook, one-pan dish!

Ingredients
daikon radish
2   cup
water
1   cup
onion(medium)
0.5  
tomato
2  
hing or asafoetida
1   pinch
kokum
4  
coconut (grated - fresh/frozen)
0.5   cup
turmeric
0.5   teaspoon
green chilli
2  
salt to taste
 
oil
1   tablespoon
coriander
0.5   cup
Instructions

1. Dice the radish. Chop the onion and tomatoes coarsely. Slit the green chillies into two.

2. Heat oil in a wok, add all the chopped vegetables, spices, coconut and water. Mix well. Close with lid and let cook on medium high flame for about 10 minutes.

3. In 10 minutes, check for salt, garnish with coriander and serve with bread or rice!
