Bengali style Coconut frittes spiced with green chilli
1. Take a medium size coconut and scrap coconut using a scraper.
2. Mix the scraped coconut with chopped green chili, salt and turmeric powder. Add wheat flour (aata) and make a dough of the mix.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan. Make small balls of the dough and add them to the pan 6-7 at a time. Let it fry for 5-10 minutes and flip them after every 2 minutes.
