Ingredients
crumbled paneer
1   cup
diced onion
1/2   cup
diced green onion
1/2   cup
green chili minced
6  
ginger garlic paste
1/2   teaspoon
diced tomatoes
1/2   cup
coriander powder
1/2   teaspoon
garam masala powder
1/4   teaspoon
salt to taste
 
red chili powder(optional ,adjust as per your spice levels)
1/4   teaspoon
oil
2   teaspoon
turmeric powder
2   pinch
Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the green onion, onion, turmeric powder, salt and green chili for 3-4 minutes until onions are soft. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 more minutes.

2. Add the diced tomatoes and saute until they are soft.

3. Add the spices and mix well for 1 minute.

4. Now add the grated paneer and mix well, cook for a minute until paneer becomes lightly soft and the masala is well coated to the paneer and turn off the stove.
