A delicious preparation with crumbled Paneer. This is good source of protein for vegetarians especially those who don't eat eggs.
1. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the green onion, onion, turmeric powder, salt and green chili for 3-4 minutes until onions are soft. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 more minutes.
2. Add the diced tomatoes and saute until they are soft.
3. Add the spices and mix well for 1 minute.
4. Now add the grated paneer and mix well, cook for a minute until paneer becomes lightly soft and the masala is well coated to the paneer and turn off the stove.
