Ingredients
drumsticks
10
grated coconut
1/4   cup
salt
1   teaspoon
jaggery powder
5   tablespoon
mustard seeds
1   tablespoon
asafetida
1   pinch
coconut oil
1   tablespoon
chilies cut length wise
4
turmeric powder
3/4   teaspoon
water
1/2   cup
Instructions

1. Peel the drumsticks. Cut into small 1.5 inch length pieces and set aside.

2. Heat coconut oil in a vessel. Once hot add asafetida. Also add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Once the spluttering stops add in the green chilies and saute for a few minutes.

3. Add in the drumsticks. Also add in the water. Depending on how tender your drumsticks are you might need more or less water. The ones I used were very tender. Add in the jaggery, salt, turmeric and coconut.

4. Mix well, cover and cook till most of the water evaporates. Enjoy hot.
