Ingredients
boneless chicken
2   pound
yogurt
1   cup
red chilli powder
1   teaspoon
turmeric
1/2   teaspoon
kasturi methi
1   pinch
black pepper
1   pinch
kala namak or black salt
1   pinch
garlic
2   tablespoon
ginger
1   tablespoon
dhania or coriander powder
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Set aside all ingredients. Mix the spices with the yogurt.

2. Cut the chicken in 2 -3 inch pieces and add garlic- ginger to it. I prefer a 2:1 ratio of garlic to ginger.

3. Add the yogurt spice mix to chicken and set aside for at least 4 hours. You can either use skewers or let them flat on a foil paper. I prefer skewers since they are easy to turn. I use the broil setting on my oven and turn the chicken every 10 minutes so that it cooks evenly.

4. Squeeze a little lime while grilling will help chicken be moist. Serve with mint chutney and onions. (Note: you can use same marinate on a coal or electric grill)
