Rich and flavorful Kabab made with heavy cream and exotic Indian spices
1. Set aside the ingredients. Pour the heavy cream in a bowl and whip lightly.
2. grind the spices into a fine paste. Also crush the cashewnuts, into a fine powder
3. Cut the chicken into small square cubes.
4. Add the heavy cream, ground cashewnut, finely chopped green chillies, salt and garam masala
5. Put the cubes on skewers and grill to perfection. Garnish with onion, coriander leaves, chat masala and lime wedges
