A traditional marathi breakfast dish which can be eaten at anytime.This dish is made from pohe with peanuts and other indian spices

Ingredients
thin pohe or flatten rice
2   cup
groundnuts or peanuts
1/2   cup
freshly grated coconut
1   cup
salt for taste
 
sugar
1.5   tablespoon
turmeric powder
1   teaspoon
cooking oil
4   tablespoon
green chili (finely chopped)
7-8  
curry leaves
12-15  
coriander leaves finely chopped
3-4   tablespoon
mustard seeds
1/2   teaspoon
cumin seeds or jeera
1/2   tablespoon
asafetida powder or hing
1   teaspoon
lime juice
2   tablespoon
finely chopped onion
1/2   cup
Instructions

1. Set aside all the ingredients

2. Mix thin poha, grated coconut, salt ,sugar lime juice and coriander leaves.

3. Put a pan on medium flame, heat cooking oil . Add mustard seeds , cumin seeds. After mustard seeds start spluttering, add turmeric powder and asafetida powder. Then add ground nuts and mix for 1 to 2 minutes till they get crunchy. Add chopped green chili, curry leaves and finely chopped onion. Saute for 1 minute.

4. Mix the above two preparations in a big plate with the pohe mix.Now dadpe pohe is ready to eat.
