Thecha is a fresh ground spicy chutney which get its name for the marathi word , "thechne" which means pounding.
1. Set aside all ingredients as shown.
2. Place a fry pan/ tawa on stove and let it heat. Add green chilli and steer it for 1 minute. Then add oil and garlic to it. Stir the mixture for 1 minute , Add Cumin seeds and salt to it .
3. Crush Green Chilis with mortar (batta), Crush it for 1 minute, till it is small smashed pieces.
4. Take the crushed thecha in bowl and add cooking oil 1 table spoon .Ready to serve it.
