Low Mein Noodle with Soy Sauce

This recipe use low mein noodles which are made from wheat flour and chinese seasoning.

Ingredients
low mein noodle
1   pound
scallions( chopped)
1   cup
soy sauce
4   tablespoon
chicken powder
1   tablespoon
sugar
2   tablespoon
salt
1   teaspoon
olive oil
1/2   tablespoon
 
Instructions

1. Boil water and put noodle in for 3- 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt for texture (optional)

2. Use a strainer and drain the water from the noodle.

3. In a bowl, mix the scallions with seasoning (Soy Sauce, Chicken Powder, sugar and Salt)

4. In a bowl, mix the sauce and the noodle together and ready to serve
