Stuffed jowar bhakri with peanut powder and other spices
1. Make dough of Jowar flour and make bhakri. Keep it on hot plate and fry from both sides.
2. Roast on direct low gas flame.
3. Open the skin of bhakri .Put oil , salt, kala masala, crushed peanut on bhakri.
4. Also add tomato, onion and coriander on it and close the skin .Cut bhakari in quarters. Serve Hot
