Grated raddish made with kashmiri spices and crushed walnuts.
1. Grate radishes. Squeeze out the excess water. In a plate take whole dry red chillies and crushed (not grounded) walnut.
2. Heat oil in a pan and roast cumin seeds. Meanwhile cut dry chillies in two pieces and remove the seeds. Once cumin seeds are roasted, put dry chillies and crushed walnuts in oil and stir them for 10 - 15 seconds.
3. Now put grated radishes in pan and shallow fry for 3-4 minutes. Then put red chilli powder and salt, roast it well. Later put ginger powder and roast it well. Turn off the heat. Mujh chaitin is ready to serve.
