I'm trying to eat healthy so this is one of my favorite go to meal. Salmon lightly seasoned with garlic, lemon and spices
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F . Wash and dry the salmon filet. In an oven friendly dish, place foil paper and place salmon filet on it.
2. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and chopped garlic. Squeeze lemon juice and place the rings of lemon over the fish. You can adda few drops of olive oil or spray a little pan spray
3. Close the foil paper like a envelop. Place in oven for 15 minutes and you are ready to eat. I normally serve the fish with some steamed veggies.
