1. Split the Yu Choy Tips into pieces
2. Boil 1.5 quart of water. When boiling, add the Yu Chou Tips and oil, stir for 30 seconds.
3. Take out the Yu Chou Tips piece by piece and place on a plate. Spread oyster sauce over the vegetable. Ready to serve.
