Chinese style Snow peas with white sauce made with corn starch.
1. Clean the snow peas by tearing off the two end tips
2. heat up oil in pan, add garlic, add corn starch mixed with 3 tablespoon of water.
3. Add snow pea, chicken powder and rice wine.
4. Stir for 1-2 minutes, let it sit for 2 minutes, stir for another minute. Ready to serve
