Steamed whole fish seasoned with ginger and soy sauce.
1. Clean the whole fish and make three slits on each side of the fish
2. Chop on 6 pieces of gingers and 5 pieces of scallion
3. Spread salt and chicken powder on the fishes, add soy sauce, scallion, and ginger.
4. Steam the fish for approximately 10 minutes
5. Ready to serve
