Tomato Coconut Salad

My mom used to make this during shravan month. It is a light, fresh, refreshing and healthy salad recipe.

Ingredients
tomatoes diced
2   cup
dry or fresh coconut
3   tablespoon
salt
1/4   teaspoon
chopped cilantro
2   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes and chop the cilantro. I used cherry tomatoes, but you can use regular tomatoes. I used dry desiccated coconut here. You can use fresh coconut as well.

2. Add salt and mix all the ingredients together. Enjoy fresh.
