This is a simple and easy recipe that I recreated after enjoying this dish at a popular restaurant.

Ingredients
crabs ( i used blue crabs)

garlic pods ( minced)

black pepper
1   teaspoon
chilli paste
4   teaspoon
small onion
1  
spring onion or scallions
4  
cube of bouillon or maggie
1  
ketchup
4   tablespoon
cooking oil
1   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Clean and chop the crab.

2. Heat a pan add oil and then garlic.

3. Add the chilli paste, onion , scallions and pepper and saute

4. Add the Crabs and ketchup and add a cup of water and bring to boil.

5. Now add the bouillon cube and let it boil for 5 minutes till water dries out.
