Dahi paneer made with yogurt and blend of spices, served with chapati(Indian flat bread).

Ingredients
cottage cheese(paneer)
250   grams
whole yogurt
3/4   cup
grounded cashews
1/4   cup
roasted grounded cumin powder
2 1/4   teaspoon
freshly grated ginger
1   teaspoon
chopped green chili
1  
garam masala
3/4   teaspoon
cooking oil
4   teaspoon
salt to taste
 
water
1/2   cup
Instructions

1. Cut cottage cheese or paneer into pieces as shown. Set aside the grated ginger, chopped green chili, grounded cashews, grounded cumin seeds and garam masala in a plate.

2. Take yogurt in a small bowl and beat it well. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Put green chilli in it and roast it for 5 seconds only. Then put grated ginger and roast it well.

3. Now put grounded cashews in oil and roast for 1 minute only. After that put yogurt in oil with one hand and while stirring continuously with other hand. Put cumin powder, garam masala and salt in it. Cook this paste until oil starts leaving from sides

4. Pour water over it and let one boil come. Then put cut cottage cheese in gravy. Turn off the lid. Dahi paneer is ready to serve.
