Vermicelli and yogurt mixed together with roasted ginger, served as a appetizer.

Ingredients
vermicelli
3/4   cup
yogurt
1   cup
grated ginger
1 1/4   teaspoon
cumin seeds
1/2   teaspoon
fresh coriander leaves
8-10  
cooking oil
1   teaspoon
salt to taste
 
Instructions

1. Break up vermicelli noodles in 3 pieces. Pour water in a pan and put vermicelli pieces in it. Boil until it becomes soft(not very soft).

2. Take yogurt in a bowl and put fresh coriander leaves in it, mix well. Grate ginger as well. Put oil in a pan and roast cumin seeds and ginger in it. NOTE: You can add more cumin seeds to this dish. It will enhance the taste of dish.

3. Now put vermicelli to yogurt. Put roasted cumin seeds, ginger and salt in it. Mix well and it is ready to serve.
