Fried Chicken with Fresh Breadcrumbs

Fried chicken crispy and spicy.It can be served as a snack or main course... its absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
chicken (boneless if you like)
1   kilogram
kashmiri chillies
9  
garlic cloves
12  
inch ginger
2  
curd
6   teaspoon
sugar
1   teaspoon
salt
1   teaspoon
turmeric powder
2   teaspoon
garam masala
2   teaspoon
oil to deep fry
 
loaf of slice bread (fresh) for crumbs

Instructions

1. Grind all the masalas together. Add this mixture, curd, salt and sugar to the chicken and marinate for alteast 3 hrs.

2. To make the crumbs, take the slices of bread. Break it down to extremely small pieces (almost like powder). Place the marinated chicken in it. Heat the frying pan with oil and fry the chicken.Fry the chicken till golden brown. Serve hot!
