March 1, 2015
This is one of my favorite things to make with left over rice. It is an easy tasty recipe to make and great as a lunch box item.

Ingredients
cooked rice
2 cup
fried onions
1 cup
sprouted moong beans or peas
1 cup
oil
1 tablespoon
cumin
1 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. In 2 cups of cooked rice, add the salt and mix well. I don't add salt to my rice while cooking, so if you do then don't add extra salt. Heat the oil. Once hot add in the cumin.
2. Add in the sprouted moong beans. Instead of sprouted moong beans, you could substitute with peas or vegetables. cook the moong beans for approximately 5 minutes. Add in the rice next.
3. Also add in the fried onions. I use store bought fried onions, you can make your own as well. Mix well. Serve hot.
HEY THERE!
